技术学徒将获得理论培训、工地实践经验和认识正确施工程序。根据学徒制度条例会与学徒签订学徒合约，為期最多4年的学徒训练计划。在职其间可获资助修读职业训练局之指定日间兼读课程，如土木/机电工程或建造管理学之高级文凭等。
申请资格:
- 完成中六课程或具同等学歷或曾在香港建造学院完成两年全日制高级文凭课程;
- 对建造业充满热诚、诚实有礼、勤奋、细心、具责任感
